Insomnia - My Daily Life #7
Hello everyone, how are you in today? I hope all of you in the best condition.
Some of last day, I wasn't post blog cause I have little busyness.
Today I don't know why? just feeling unwell not for my body, for my feeling. Yesterday, I can't sleep well, directly wake up on 03.00 AM, sleep again on 05.00 Am.
That's me, if I have something makes myself to think, I always be like this, the more try to sleep, the more I think about the bad things will happen. I had tried some of the advice, like as reading books, seeing vlog or watching, pray, but sometimes that's happen again "insomnia".
I ever want to try drink sleeping pills, but never to buy that, just remember about the effect.
I know sleep too late is bad habbit, I will try to myself sleep earlier. Hope by writing this blog makes my feeling more good so I can sleep, writing always be good place, good friends to sharing what you feel.
